Summary: My stay was great , I willl give you guys 5 stars for sure just because of your staff service . My issue was my TV never turned on , called front desk and the kind young guy came up reset the breaker and had do do the Telus reboot . All good no issue , later on that night I used the micro wave and blew the breaker again and lost my TV again . Luckily. I saw what the young guy did to reset by removing the micro wave and reset it my self without having to call front desk. Other than that , the staff was amazing helpful and

Summary: We recently stayed here as a family of four, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always taking the time to smile and interact with our kids, which made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to keep everyone comfortable. The pool was definitely a highlight; perfect for the kids to burn off energy and for us to relax together. We also appreciated the little family-friendly touches, like high chairs available at breakfast. It’s s not always easy traveling with kids, but this stay reminded us how much smoother things go when a hotel is truly family oriented. We’ll definitely be back! We recently started a family IG page to share little glimpses of our life, parenting moments, and the adventures that come with raising kids. It’s been such a fun way to connect with other families and parents who can relate to this stage of life. As we continue to grow, we’d love to explore opportunities for collaborations down the road with brands that share our values and focus on family life. Summary: A great hotel for an overnight stay to catch a flight the next morning. Great shuttle service and walking distance to the airport. Good restaurant choices close to the hotel as well.

Summary: I loved this hotel, it had several food options nearby. The staff went above and beyond, fastest and easiest check-in ever. What I really loved was how great it was having a dog. They had a quick access right off the elevator, no lobby trekking. There were dog poop bags stands, quiet, lots of grass to do their business.
